WP 7: Promotion and Partnerships - Mapping, assessment and empirical verification

Objectives:
- Assess existing blockages and pathways for the international promotion of the CCIs focusing on the (E)AIE based on a review of policies industry events, and practices from both the EU and other leading international animation markets.
- Identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats (SWOT) facing the EAIE.
- Collect best practices of dissemination, such as institutional collaboration models aligned with EU’s Strategy for International Cultural Relations and international industry festivals.
- Assess existing distribution models and the challenges facing the EAIE’s business models in this regard as well as European Export Development Schemes.
- Identify innovative policies and programmes supporting the digital and green transitions in the animation industry internationally, including gender equitable and diversity committed policies.
